Fantastic service with great coffee and food. The owner Evan took the time out to get to know us and left an impression that will no doubt have me coming back here! Their Loaded avocado toast was delicious and I HIGHLY recommend that everyone comes to try Hybrid Coffee & Kitchen

I saw this place pop up on my google maps, Since i was in town for long 4th of July visiting family. I like to pop open my maps and see what peaks my interest when i travel then go explore. Upon arrival i was immediately greeted by a warm friendly smile from the counter girl making drinks, I'm sorry i forgot to ask her name, since i was slightly under the weather. But i mentioned it was my first time at Hybrid. She mentioned a few things, but since i pre gamed the menu i knew what i wanted, I opted for the BEC waffle sliders, French Toast latte iced and a homemade blueberry chocolate donut WOW! Just WOW! The coffee was absolutely delicious, not to mention strong like i like it! The sliders were also very tasty, I would have cooked the waffle a touch more to make it toasty. The donut was also chefs kiss! When I'm back in town, I'll be back!

I only wish I knew about this place SOONER! I was able to visit this locations a few weeks back for an incredible chef-curated dining experience with Five Tastes (shout-out to Chef Cedric!). You can immediately tell that this is not just a business, but a love letter to the community. The owner, Evan, is incredibly kind and passionate about people and coffee, of course! This place has the finest coffee technology I've seen lately so I'll be needing to come back soon. Can't wait to visit again and again and again! Especially LOVE the fact that they are Boricua-owned and operated (pa' que tu lo sepas 🇵🇷)

I’ve been stopping by here since spring and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. The lattes are great, my favorites are the Rose Latte and Lavender Latte. I’ve also tried their breakfast a few times, and everything has been delicious. I especially love the Egg on a Blanket and French toast. The staff are always welcoming, warm, and friendly, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. It’s a wonderful local coffee shop with a relaxing vibe, and I always look forward to coming back.

Absolutely loved my visit to Hybrid’s Jersey City Heights location. The space is beautiful, very clean, and the perfect place to get some work done while enjoying the great energy throughout the café. The staff was incredibly welcoming and greeted me as soon as I walked in. As a first-time visitor, I really appreciated that they took the time to recommend their new summer drinks. I tried the Tiramisu latte, and it was amazing. Of course, I couldn’t leave without trying their well-known avocado toast, along with the masa azul cornbread. Everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent food and drinks. I’ll definitely be back!
